RocketAIM BO7 — Setup Guide
RocketAIM BO7 runs on the same core Anti-Recoil and Aim Assist engine as our main RocketAIM Call of Duty scripts. If you've used RocketAIM before, the setup flow, menu navigation, and controller layout will already be familiar. This page covers the shared setup steps and what's specific to Black Ops 7.

What's BO7-specific
Profile switching for AR and SMG
RocketAIM BO7 includes profile switching so Anti-Recoil and Aim Assist values for AR and SMG builds can stay separate. Start with a moderate vertical anti-recoil value and keep horizontal compensation low, then tune per loadout in private matches — see Profiles, Shortcuts & Profile Lock for how switching itself works.
Independent hip-fire and ADS configuration
BO7 includes independent configuration paths for hip-fire and ADS, so you can keep a wider tracking pattern for close range and a tighter shape while aiming down sights. This builds on the same shape concepts covered in the Aim Assist Shapes Guide.
Ranked and public playlists
The script runs on Cronus Zen input processing and can be used across public and ranked playlists — conservative settings are recommended for more natural stick behavior.
Tuning after balance patches
Tuning updates are typically shipped quickly after major game balance changes, with changelog notes published on each version refresh.
Which edition are you on?
Setup applies the same way across all three RocketAIM BO7 editions. If you're not sure which one you have, see Editions & Tiers.
