🎯 Anti Recoil (RM) — Explained & Setup

Follow this sequence to get consistent, no-nonsense Anti Recoil results.

⚡ Quick Actions

1) 🎮 In-Game & Script Prereqs

Button Layout must match game and script exactly.
Open the script menu and set the same layout you use in-game:

LT / L2 + Start/Options → MISC → (X / A) Button Layout → (DPAD) choose layout

Example: In-game Default Flipped → Script Misc → Button Layout → Default Flipped

Enable Controller Vibration and set Value: 100.

2) 🛠️ Anti Recoil Menu & Controls

Open the RocketMod menu:

LT / L2 + Start/Options = MENU

Inside Anti Recoil:

  • X / A → enter Anti Recoil menu
  • DPAD Left/Right → adjust values
  • DPAD Up/Down → switch options
  • Circle / BSAVE 💾

3) 🔄 Profiles (Primary / Secondary)

When on the menu screen, press RB / R1 to switch profiles.

  • Profile 1 → Primary Weapon
  • Profile 2 → Secondary Weapon

Set values for both profiles (enter with X / A) and save.

✅ Tuning Workflow (Quick)

  1. Equip the weapon you want to tune.
  2. Set Vertical = 50 and test on a wall.
    • If the gun pulls down, Anti Recoil is working.
    • If not, your Button Layout from step 1 is wrong—fix it first.
  3. Halve to 25 and fine-tune until stable.
  4. Turn OFF Rocket AA while testing for clean readings.
  5. Repeat for the second profile, then SAVE.

⚡ Quick Profile Switch

  • Profile 1Hold VIEW/Share + press Y / Triangle
  • Profile 2Hold VIEW/Share + press B / Circle
